Start with the people wearing the garments. A short description of their work, sizes and environment helps us recommend a useful range.

Useful details to include

  • Team roles, working conditions and intended use
  • Garment types, quantities and size breakdown
  • Logo files, placement and preferred colours
  • Any required garment or PPE specification
  • Delivery location, deadline and reorder plans

Garment, fit and task

Start with the role: customer-facing uniforms, outdoor layers or clothing for practical work. List garment types, sizes and the conditions in which they will be worn. For hi-vis or protective clothing, specify the standard your workplace requires so the proposed product can be checked.

Embroidery or print

Embroidery can suit polos, fleeces and jackets; print may suit larger designs and lighter garments. Fabric, logo detail and placement influence the choice. Include a clear logo and the positions you need decorated so the available options can be confirmed.

Keep repeat orders consistent

Keep a record of garment references, colours, sizes and approved artwork. When staff join or garments need replacing, include these with your reorder enquiry. Stock, colours and pricing still need to be checked each time.

Embroidery and print options depend on the garment, artwork and placement. Send your logo with the brief so the suitable methods can be reviewed.

Can we combine different garments in one order?

Yes. List each garment type and approximate quantity. A mixed range can be reviewed together.

How do we choose sizes?

Share the expected size range and ask for the chosen garment’s sizing information before confirming your order.

Are all workwear products suitable as PPE?

Product suitability depends on the job and required specification. Include those requirements in your brief; standard branded clothing should not be treated as protective equipment.
